Hi Charles - It was Chris Carlsson, my collegue and fellow administrator of FoundSF.org who added the photo of your grandfather with Truman. You can see the changes made to a page, and who the other users are who edit it, by clicking on ">Views" on the Left Navigation Bar and then on "History".
